Tool 13: Obtain DLT type for sniff and spoof for each device

Description:

  This tool reports:
   - if raw IPv4 spoof is supported
   - if raw IPv6 spoof is supported
   - for each device:
      + if sniff is supported, and its DLT (data link type)
      + if spoof is supported, and its DLT (data link type)
