I am an Assistant Professor
in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
at Syracuse University.
I am broadly interested in computer systems and particularly focused on data storage systems.
After all, we are living in the Age of Big Data,
and it is increasingly becoming important to handle and manage data efficiently for data-centric applications.
Prior to Syracuse, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Seoul National University and a manager at SK telecom.
I received my Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University,
and my B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
I have open positions for highly motivated and talented students!
Are you interested in high-impact research in data storage systems?
